Continuum Adjusts Teams to Align with Partner Needs

Continuum is dedicated to the success of our partners and has teams responsible for ensuring they get the most value out of their relationships with us. Whether it is assistance with positioning and selling or using our platform, we are here to help our partners succeed. 

As Continuum further evolves in our commitment to our partners, we are realigning our teams and ensuring that their roles are clear and they are dedicated to partner success.

The Technical Success Managers (formerly known as Technical Account Managers) help partners get the most out of the Continuum platform. The highly trained and experienced team serves as the main point of contact for technical education and advocacy. Technical Success Managers, or TSMs, provide Continuum partners with technical enablement, issue escalation management, documentation, training, and advice on how to engage with the Continuum Network Operations Center (NOC) or Help Desk.

Additionally, Continuum Partner Development Managers (formerly known as Account Managers) serve as the main sales and business contacts. The goal of the Partner Development Managers, or PDMs, is to help Continuum partners grow their businesses over time. PDMs provide pricing, packaging and positioning information, as well as crucial marketing assets.

Continuum continues to invest in partners and this team alignment is part of that ongoing initiative.
