Last week, our company assembled in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania to take a look back on hits and misses in 2015 and to align various departments with the company's overarching goals for 2016. After two full days of back-to-back sessions and workshops, we can say with confidence that we're excited about what this new year will bring for partners. With a renewed mission to optimize our partners' managed IT services delivery so as to scale their businesses, we look forward to a year of higher growth and margins for those we do it all for! What else went down at our annual meet-up? Check out this photo recap of event highlights, including employee recognition and partner shout-outs!

After everyone had settled in and laid out their best business casual for the days ahead, the team met up for cocktails, corn hole and Jenga at the opening reception. For the Boston transplants, it was awesome reconnecting with colleagues who work at our Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania office.

We also serenaded Mike Barnes, Director of New Partner Acquisition, with a chorus of Happy Birthday to celebrate his thirty-first! Take a good look at his birthday treat. Call it a hunch, but we have a feeling that if that chocolate cake were a pricing model, many MSPs would buy - or rather, bite - into it!
Pictured above: Mike Barnes gets his just desserts!
While the success of 2015 was a team effort, we wanted to spotlight a few superstars for going the extra mile in helping our partners grow and scale their managed IT services businesses. Here's the list of Continuum 2015 award recipients by group:
Technical Account Manager (TAM): Bill Stevens
Sr. TAM: Shauna Peters

Account Executive (AE): Jill Ammon
Sales Account Manager (SAM): Matt Hubbell
Region of the Year: Southeast territory (Matt Hubbell, Ed Kosakowsky, David Skeddle, Dom Digennaro and Rich Tourville)

CEO Circle of Excellence: Jill Ammon

Every year, Michael hosts a secret event for attendees. This time around, we had no clue what we were in for, but speculated amongst ourselves. After a full day of preparing for the coming year and reviewing 2015's takeaways, we reconvened at VooDoo Brewery, where the team eagerly awaited the unveiling of the night's mysterious event. An evening of hilarity ensued as David Crone of I'm No Dummy Productions took the stage for his ventriloquist act!

is called up for live audience participation!

We'd like to especially thank the following awesome partners for calling in and providing helpful feedback during our afternoon sessions:
Milton Bartley, President & CEO, ImageQuest
ImageQuest was able to unlock new revenue streams by transitioning from a traditional office equipment (OE) dealership to a leading managed IT services provider. Read their partner success story here!
Eliot Vancil, Owner, Network Logic
Mark Calzone, President, Ash Creek Enterprises Inc
Jason Holbrook, Principal and Chief Security Officer, Empower Information Systems
Empower Information Systems was able to dispatch 330 Tickets in under two hours with the Continuum/Autotask integration. Learn how Holbrook leveraged our PSA integration!
As we always say, our success is our partners' success. We're always looking for more feedback on our managed IT services platform and delivery, so please share your ideas and opinions by posting on Collaborate, our online private partner community, and emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Finally, we'd like to call out two employees, who without which, the show could not have gone on. Thank you again to Courtney Margossian, Inbound Marketing Manager, and Chelsea Hooker, Marketing Programs Associate!
And that's a wrap! Thank you to all of our incredible partners who helped us cement such a banner year. You continually push us to be our best, and we can't wait to celebrate an even more successful 2016 with you!
