Continuum Now Able to Integrate with Accelo

Posted January 28, 2016by Ben Barker

Continuum recently announced a new partnership with Accelo, a fast-growing Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. Continuum partners now have the ability to adopt a fully synchronized work flow by combining Continuum’s leading technical tools for MSPs with Accelo’s business tools, seamlessly.

The integration will allow MSPs of all sizes to gain an advantage in how they run and grow their businesses.

Accelo is a Professional Service Automation platform with CRM, Project Management, Service & Billing cloud based software for service businesses. Accelo aims to help professional service businesses be more successful and allow the business owners to focus on growing their companies instead of spending all of their time performing repeatable tasks.

With the integration, the thousands of MSPs using Continuum's services now have the option to easily manage all of their client work from one centralized system and take their business to the next level.

Mary Crogan, Senior Director, Product Marketing at Continuum feels the new integration will go a long way with helping Continuum's partners grow their businesses.

“At Continuum, we’ve always gone further in helping our partners to focus on what they do best. While we’re focused on the platforms they manage for clients, we’re thrilled to be working with the Accelo team as they apply the same beliefs to how our partner’s businesses are run.”

The following are just a few of the benefits that come with Continuum and Accelo's new partnership:

  • By combining powerful yet simple CRM and Project Management systems with easy to use Ticketing, Contracts and Billing software, MSPs now have the ability to grow their business while staying organized.

  • The integration between Continuum and Accelo allows MSPs to experience the many benefits Continuum provides, while ensuring they have full, real-time visibility into all of their clients’ work.

  • Accelo is the only PSA in the market that MSPs can also sell to their clients, taking their own expertise in using the product to create new revenue and services for their clients.

Geoff McQueen, CEO of Accelo, was also excited about the new partnership.

“As a newer face in the MSP market, we’ve been talking to lots of MSPs to find out where they are frustrated in running their business. While we focus on operations and managing the business with our PSA platform, we’ve heard many MSPs tell us how much they love Continuum and how it takes away many of the headaches of supporting their clients. Given our motto is about helping our users do the work they love, it was natural for us to work together with such a likeminded company.”

Continuum has released public ticketing APIs that support MSPs’ critical ticket work flow needs. The APIs are designed to allow bi-directional updates so that the ticket information is synchronized between PSA and Continuum at all times.
