Continuum University, or Continuum U, is a self-paced, interactive online learning center for Continuum partners.
The sales course is designed to help Continuum partners to optimize the sales process and unleash their sales potential including helping to gain confidence and motivation to sell managed IT services. It also addresses the demand for engaging with new clients as MSPs look to grow their business.

The new course consists of three main units:
1) Setting the Foundation - This unit discusses the SMB market and how to define the value of managed IT services.
2) The Power of the Continuum Platform and Partnership - This unit reviews what Continuum’s IT management platform, coupled with the power of the Continuum partnership, has to offer.
3) Selling Managed IT Services - This unit details the three core phases of a managed IT services sale, what to do at the first meeting, how to assess the environment and make recommendations, tips for closing the deal and what to do after the sale.

Continuum U has issued more than 2,700 specialty certifications in various disciplines, including Administration, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Help Desk and Backup Solutions. All are required to become a Continuum Certified IT Expert. There are nearly 8,400 students participating in Continuum U’s training and more than 1,600 Continuum Certified IT Experts to-date.
