Continuum®, the exclusive provider of the only vertically integrated IT service delivery platform that enables MSPs to scale rapidly and profitably, is now offering the sales training course, “Selling Managed IT Services” as a part of Continuum University. Continuum University, or Continuum U, is a self-paced, interactive online learning center for Continuum partners.

The sales course is designed to help Continuum partners to optimize the sales process and unleash their sales potential including helping to gain confidence and motivation to sell managed IT services. It also addresses the demand for engaging with new clients as MSPs look to grow their business.

Dee Zepf, Vice President, Partner Success, had this to say about the new training course.

“Partner success is at the core of everything we do, and Continuum is committed to building resources at no extra cost to our partners that will help them to be successful. Not only do we want our partners to be successful with our platform, but we want them to be successful in the industry. With the launch of our ‘Selling Managed IT Services’ course, we’re excited to expand Continuum U beyond technical best practices for working with our platform to selling and business best practices.”

The new course consists of three main units:

1) Setting the Foundation - This unit discusses the SMB market and how to define the value of managed IT services.

2) The Power of the Continuum Platform and Partnership - This unit reviews what Continuum’s IT management platform, coupled with the power of the Continuum partnership, has to offer.

3) Selling Managed IT Services - This unit details the three core phases of a managed IT services sale, what to do at the first meeting, how to assess the environment and make recommendations, tips for closing the deal and what to do after the sale.

Kimberly Manns, Marketing Communications Manager at Project Execution Network, has used the new sales course, and had this to say.

“The Selling Managed IT Services sales course is a great way to quickly receive a cohesive picture of the offering and the proven sales process. We’ve put our sales team through this training, and they are already using the strategies and techniques to optimize their sales process.”
