Continuum Sponsors Computer Troubleshooters/Geeks on Call

Last week, a few of our very own Continuum team members packed up their bags and flew out to Denver, CO to attend Computer Troubleshooters/Geeks on Call 2015 North American Meeting. Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks on Call are the world’s largest technology services franchise organization with over 575 franchised offices in 26 countries. We could not have been more ecstatic to attend their event.

Computer Troubleshooters franchisees and partners came together at the Curtis Hotel, located in beautiful downtown Denver, right at the heart of a truly amazing city. The meeting was jam-packed with informative presentations, valuable information and tons of opportunities to network with the other vendors and business owners.

Our very own Nick Merola, Director of Sales at Continuum (pictured above), was a keynote speaker. Nick presented on "Smart-Sourcing" to Drive Manged IT Services Revenue at Computer Troubleshooters. In his keynote address, Nick expanded on the concept of "Smart-Sourcing" and explained how Continuum's technical staff and resources are here to help franchisees provide an executive level of service to their customers. 

Another member from the Continuum team, Shauna Peters, presented at the event as well. Shauna, a Technical Account Manager at Continuum, conducted a product breakout session on Continuity247™, our new fully managed backup platform. 

Building and Maintaining Relationships

The Continuum gang was very pleased to have had the chance to catch up and enjoy dinner with CEO John Davies and President Josh Sevick. Over some friendly drinks, Continuum continued to deepen and cement our relationship with Computer Troubleshooters/ Geeks on Call.  

It was a pleasure attending and sponsoring this event. As we always say, our success is your success. This event gave us a chance to touch base with our partners in person and listen to their feedback on everything Continuum has to offer. To us, that is priceless. 

We'll be back!

Overall, we thought the event was a smashing success. As our Continuum family continues to grow, we welcome any opportunity to meet new faces and reconnect with old friends.

We had a great time at this year's Computer Troubleshooters/Geeks on Call 2015 North American Meeting, and we can't wait to attend again next year!
