Continuum Senior Product Marketing Manager, Nathan Teplowhas been elected chair of CompTIA’s Future Leaders Community Executive Council. The community embraces the multi-generational workforce, building best practices for how companies can position themselves to best leverage the talent and skills from the different generations. Nathan was originally elected as a member of the council in 2015.
Currently, Nathan oversees Continuum’s go-to-market strategies and marketing programs related to the company’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform. He is also the Host and Producer of Continuum’s weekly radio program, MSP Radio, part of the Continuum Podcast Network, reaching its “on-the-go” MSP partners and prospects to deliver hot topics, business tips and industry news.
Nathan had this to say about being elected chair.
“I’m very excited to be elected chair of the CompTIA Future Leaders community and I’m looking forward to getting even more involved with such a great organization. The Future Leaders community will continue its work in helping channel companies recruit new talent and foster stronger relationships between the different generations in our workforce, and I’m looking forward to helping to lead that effort.”
The Future Leaders community considers the different characteristics of this next generation of IT leaders and what that means to their careers. They provide guidance on how IT community members best display and consume information, as well as understand the IT needs and drivers of the community and what this means to the channel.
