Here, she specialized in permanent placements within the office support and specialist industry. Prior to this Esta has held several successful sales roles across many vertical markets. Esta has many skills that will help her to build and develop in her new position with Continuum. She will bring a tenacious attitude and strong desire to start a new successful career within Continuum. Outside of work, Esta has a love for dogs, especially her Boston Terrier Bernard, who she enjoys Cani-crossing with on the weekends.

Sophia has been successfully working in sales based roles for over 6 years, most recently for one of the largest recruitment agencies in the UK. Specializing in office based recruitment, she single-handedly ran a very busy temporary recruitment department to one of the prestigious areas of the UK. Prior to that, she worked for a boutique start up recruitment agency for one year, specializing in placements in the Audio/Visual sector.

Packed around this, Sophia has gained vast cultural experience whether it was backpacking through South East Asia or living abroad in France (Les Deux Alpes) and Cyprus (Ayia Napa). In her spare time, she enjoys socializing with friends, skiing, and horse riding.
