Each week, Continuum spotlights an employee who has gone above and beyond. The spotlight is more than just recognition of the hard work being done at Continuum, but a look into the person behind that work. We find out what our employees do for fun, what their favorite movies are, what their passions are and much more. We also ask them about their experiences working at Continuum and what they like most about their job. Check back each week to find out who made the Employee Spotlight.

Let's get to know Prathmesh a little better...

Prathmesh at Continuum

What is your favorite thing about working for Continuum? "The best part of working for Continuum is how all the teams come together to solve an issue. Continuum is like a family and the fun we have on the floor keeps you away from stress."

What is your best memory as a Continuum employee? "Although there are a lot of stories to choose from but if I had to choose one it would surely be when I won the Star Performer Award. What made it even more special is that I was fairly new to the team and this award encouraged me to a great extent."

What is one skill that you have acquired since starting at Continuum?"As this is my first job the one skill I gained was confidence. Working in a corporate environment changes your mindset in a way that it never was before."

Do you have any fun/funny stories that involve any of your co-workers?"PST is a fun loving team and we celebrate every festival with great enthusiasm and jubilation. We have a dress code, we order food and its always a euphoric occasion. Another fun story would be the time we had during our training period. These events help you know your colleagues in a better way and helps you in working as a team."

What do you look for in a good company? "A good company can only be good for an employee if you have a good manager. When the manager helps you grow the working environment automatically becomes comforting."

Would you recommend applying to Continuum to a friend? "Sure, in fact I already have 3 of my college buddies who joined Continuum after me."
