Each week, Continuum will spotlight an employee that has gone above and beyond. The spotlight is more than just a recognition of the hard work being done at Continuum, but a look into the person behind that work. We'll find out what our employees do for fun, what their favorite movies are, what their passions are and much more! We also ask them about their experiences working at Continuum and what they like most about their job. Check back each week to find out who made the Employee Spotlight!

This week, Ray Reed, Continuum's Workforce Management Analyst, is being featured!

Ray, AKA, "Time Lord," was nominated for the Employee Spotlight by Jacque Rowden, Senior Director, Continuum Help Desk, for his attention to detial and time management skills.

"One of the unsung heroes on the Help Desk is Ray Reed, our Workforce Management Analyst. Ray manages the schedules for all 127 members of the Help Desk, and if you think that’s easy, just spend a few minutes with Ray! We are spotlighting Ray especially because the last 6 weeks of the year – late November through early January – are especially challenging for our WFM Analyst as he juggles PTO requests with our need to be available to our Help Desk customers.

In addition, we require many members of the Help Desk team to obtain a certification called ITIL Foundations. It’s an IT-specific certification. But to his immense credit Ray – who is not an “IT guy” – took the certification test on December 28 and passed with a score of 95%!"

- Jacque Rowden
