All NOCtober long we’ve been celebrating our Network Operations Center and the 600+ technicians that help our partners grow their businesses. These unsung heroes deliver expert 24x7x365 service and provide the essential technical “heavy-lifting,” but we wanted to get to know them on a deeper level. After sitting down with some of our technicians, we realized why they are so special and necessary to our NOC team. With this next employee spotlight, we hope you enjoy getting to know Ujesh Pandya!
Meet Ujesh Pandya
Ujesh Pandya is a 28-year-old NOC technician working on backup products like Continuity247™,R1Soft and Vault. He describes his spirit animal as a bengal tiger, and we just so happen to share a common soul food: pizza. Ujesh’s close friends say that he is “great company to be with,” and his positives include his value of friends and family, and having a “never say no” attitude!
His Professional Pursuits
When we asked Ujesh about his professional spectrum, he said that he is a “worldwide name in IT,” so we’re lucky to have him as part of our NOC! However, if not working as a NOC technician, Ujesh expressed that he would most likely be “mountaineering or conquering the Himalayas.” His adventurous spirit also has a playful side, as he enjoys fun time with his NOC team.
His Personal Passions
Although Ujesh hasn’t ever been the bookworm type, he is a huge fan of cartoons. One of his favorite characters is Popeye, because of their shared love for spinach. His favorite movies include the Fast & Furious series, and also any movie that stars his favorite actor, Jim Carrey. When not spending time with friends and family, or catching up on Popeye cartoons, you can find Ujesh living his life by his favorite motto; “you must do the things you think you cannot do.”
We’re very thankful to have Ujesh as an essential member of our 600+ NOC team. Stay tuned for more employee spotlights as we celebrate the month of NOCtober!
