The Continuum Mumbai Learning and Development team recently organized an outbound training program for the Leadership Team. The event took place at Kamath Nature Resorts in Nagothane. The program was aimed at bonding, cross learning and team alignment.

The outbound training program took place on the first two days of July, 2016 and was full of activities and stimulating experiential learning opportunities. In total, there were 21 participants involved in the event. Check out some of the photos and quotes below!

"The outbound training conducted was very well planned and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The theme of management principles interspersed with team building activities, adventure sports, a good swim and an evening of crazy dancing was great! Who wouldn't love that? I'm very much looking forward to the next one."

"It was an amazing experience. I learned a lot of useful information about the workings of teams. It was a very nice experience doing all of the adventure and team building activities. These two days were very relaxing and helped me to reflect on ourselves. Kudos to the entire team that joined the outbound training!"

"The outbound training program is a one of a kind training which no one would like to miss. It was filled with fun and a lot of interactions. It reminded me about the management principles that are observed across the company. It was an opportunity to get to know other team members and it helped me to understand how they think about handling problems and managing teams."
