Mumbai Team Visits Great Places to Work Conference

In February, 10 members of Continuum's Mumbai, India team attended the Great Places to Work Annual Conference 2016. The conference is designed to highlight leading ideas that have stood the test of time in helping the best of organizations sustain great workplace culture. Members from the Indian Leadership and Management Teams attended the conference, including Ashok Bhandari, Shilpa Pai, Jasmeet Gill, Sudhakar Dongre, Prasad Damodar, Arshad Chaudhary, Mugdha Deshpande, Jawamai Raze, Tanveer Batliwala and Zulfikar Sheikh.


The conference was put together by the Great Places to Work Institute, or the GPTW Institute. In total, the conference united one thousand leaders and senior executives from various organizations. The topics listed below are just a few of the many that were covered.

According to those in attendance, the most valuable and productive session was "How Work Places Build Irresistible Employer Brands," because it put an emphasis on the well-being of employees. According to the leader of this session, the employees are the most important asset of a company and if they are happy they will automatically work tirelessly to keep customers happy and satisfied.
