Pittsburgh Business Times Names Continuum a 2016 Best Places to Work in Western Pennsylvania.jpg

Continuum, along with nine other organizations, was recognized as one of the region’s most outstanding workplaces in the category of companies with more than 150 employees spanning multiple industries by the Pittsburgh Business Times.  Winners were selected based on an online employee survey and honored at a luncheon on Friday, October 28, 2016 at the Westin Convention Center Hotel in Pittsburgh.

Continuum's Pennsylvania office is headquarters for the company’s Help Desk, the U.S.-based technology service center that provides direct end-user support for desktop-related issues for more than 60,000 small and medium-sized business clients served by the company’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. Last year, Continuum doubled the size of the Cranberry Township office which opened in 2011 with just 30 employees. Today, the office houses partner development, technical success, onboarding, account management and partner success teams.
