Continuum has been named a Greater Pittsburgh 2016 Top Workplaces award winner by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Continuum's Pennsylvania office is home to the Help Desk, which now supports 60,000 users. The office also comprises new partner development, onboarding, sales account management and partner success teams. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette recognized 90 companies and organizations in Pittsburgh as Top Workplaces 2016. Continuum placed 19th in the category for medium sized companies.
Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics, explained what it takes to be named a Top Workplace.
“The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits. To be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health and who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there and the feeling that everyone is in it together. Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn’t have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.”
Michael George, CEO at Continuum, had this to say about receiving the Top Workplaces honor.
“Making Continuum a great place to work is a shared responsibility and our PA-based team has done a terrific job actively contributing to this effort. We are proud of our workplace environment and culture and are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplaces winner for the second straight year.”
